Our Head Chef, Pedro Matos, has a background of over 20 years of culinary experience. He is a Permaculture Farmer and Gastronomic “Author’s Food”. He has an array of knowledge that he shares with his invaluable team of cooking professionals. The team is dedicated to give you the best cuisine made from fresh meats, fruits and produce.
The name, Mateo’s Buffet, comes from a spiritual connection between the owner and his son. It is with this connection that the concept was born to make a restaurant full of delicious flavors that represent and focus on Latin and American cuisine.
